The scope of work, pricing, and specific terms for each project will be outlined in a separate written estimate, proposal, or service agreement provided to you before work begins.
3. Quotes, Payments & Billing
All quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time of inspection or consultation. Final pricing may vary if site conditions, material costs, or project scope change. Payment terms, including deposits, progress payments, and final payments, will be specified in your project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Late payments may be subject to fees as permitted by applicable law.
4. Scheduling, Access & Site Conditions
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property so we can perform inspections, installations, and repairs. If unsafe conditions, structural issues, or code violations are discovered, we may pause work until they are resolved. Additional costs arising from unforeseen site conditions may be added to the final invoice with your approval.
5. Warranties & Limitations
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and will honor any written warranties provided in your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties for solar equipment, roofing materials, or sealants are subject to the terms set by each manufacturer. Except as expressly stated in writing, our services are provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
